missingWrote a review on Dec 16value stay
It was just a balanced option for a weekend pause in Sharonville with good value for the price. The couch in my room was absolutely covered in stains and had duct tape on the holes, which was a real turnoff. Bring your own sheets if you stay here.

No security at all!
Man, we had to get our keys recoded like 4 times! Didn’t feel safe in our room, and the staff didn’t even check if we really belonged there. Just asked for our room number, seriously? I can't trust that! On the plus side, the free breakfast was decent enough. But not worth the worry about my stuff.

great walking access to parks and restaurants
I really appreciated that I could easily stroll to Sharon Woods Park, which is just about a 15-minute walk away, and there were several nearby restaurants, like Szechuan House, that were just a few steps from my room, making it super easy to grab a bite after a day of exploring. while the hotel had its moments, I felt it was the location that truly made my weekend enjoyable.

The chaos stole our sleep
The location was ideal, allowing us to explore local sights easily. We enjoyed how convenient everything was, making our short stay fun and engaging.
However, upon entering the room, we were greeted with unkempt linens and a strong odor, making for an uncomfortable start to our vacation. The front desk staff's response was less than helpful.

The room was kinda grimy and a bit smelly, needed some air freshener to make it tolerable. I was disappointed that the pool was shut down for the summer, which was a big reason I picked this place. The amenities were lacking, no coffee pot or microwave, which made it less convenient. The tub didn’t work either, which was a bummer. Honestly, I wouldn’t stay here again without some major improvements.

missingWrote a review on Jul 17clean lobbyfriendly servicebasic amenitiesfoul bathroomroom repairs
I found the lobby to be immaculate, which was a pleasant first impression. The room, while not perfect, met my basic needs. It had a refrigerator and microwave, which made it easy to store and prepare snacks. The check-in process was really smooth, and the staff treated me kindly. However, there were definite issues. The air conditioning unit became incessantly loud after a couple of days. The bathroom had a funky mildew smell, which was off-putting. The shower head was in disarray when I checked in, and I had to deal with a tub that barely drained. The need for repairs was evident. there was a hole in the wall and a plugged outlet. The breakfast options were limited, not providing much variety. All in all, I would consider returning if some upkeep is addressed and breakfast options are improved.
